$90,000 – $110,000 per year + super + bonuses

Vixen Bar & Entertainment is Brisbane's largest and most awarded Adult Entertainment venue, located centrally in the CBD in the Queen St Mall. Regularly nominated as finalists for adult industry awards and previously nominated for Best International Showclub at the Exotic Dancer awards in Las Vegas, we take pride in providing the most luxurious and personalised service to our clients.

We are currently searching for an experienced hospitality Venue Manager who is ambitious and engaged, and looking to take ownership of a premium late-night venue. You will be able to work to targets and to lead both a team of bar staff and entertainers at the venue with confidence.

The ideal candidate will have both knowledge of and a hands-on approach to sales, service and systems standards. Experience in all the basics of running a venue: knowledge of rostering, ordering, as well as hiring and training staff is required, as you will take the leading role in positively influencing your team’s performance in providing amazing service and building growth.

Vixen enjoys a cocktail and premium spirits driven bar and we have solid relationships with major alcohol brands. A key part of your role will be to continue working with brands for staff training and activations to drive revenue and brand recognition outside of just adult entertainment circles.

A candidate who is both open to and eager to learn the additional legal requirements and nuances of the entertainment side of the business is also essential. There are significant opportunities for growth in this area of the business. With this in mind, we also want someone who can think creatively to improve our Entertainment systems and encourage Entertainers to work with the Vixen brand to grow mutually beneficial outcomes.

The venue itself is more than 1000m2 over 3 levels, with the largest capacity of an adult venue in Brisbane. There is significant room for growth with a second entrance from busy Burnett Lane licensed and available for use, along with a dedicated VIP/Functions space currently under-utilised.

A current Qld RMLV and Approved Managers licence are essential.

Remuneration will be between 90-110k per year plus superannuation, dependant on experience, with an additional bonus system based off weekly sales and wage cost. If you can motivate and delegate to your team to drive revenue while working within a budget, you’ll be highly rewarded.
