Your role at Elevator Ventures: As a Junior Investment Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our investment team and contribute to all stages of the investment lifecycle:

1. Deal Flow & Analysis: Screen, analyze, and track pipeline deals, prepare investment recommendations, and support financial modeling, market research, and due diligence.
2. Transaction Execution: Assist in the execution of transactions and valuation activities, collaborating with legal, financial, and operational stakeholders.
3. Portfolio & Entrepreneur Support: Support entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses, ideally in cooperation with the Raiffeisen Banking Group, and contribute to portfolio management.

Your profile:

1. A completed Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Innovation, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in finance, investment, consulting, or innovation (VC or FinTech experience is a plus).
3. Strong analytical thinking and financial modeling skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), ERP systems, and AI prompting.
5. A proactive, structured, and independent working style.
6. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
7. Fluency in English (German or a CEE language is a plus).
8. Willingness to travel occasionally.
