Qualifikationen

• University degree or relevant training in usability, user research, and UX design.
• Experience leading UX processes and advising stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience conducting user interviews and usability tests.
• Experience facilitating workshops.
• Knowledge and experience in digital accessibility.
• Excellent skills in Figma and creating design systems.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Willingness to travel within Austria (approx. 1–2 times/month).

Aufgaben

• Support the CUP.digital team: content management, user experience, and process facilitation.
• Lead user research studies (user interviews, stakeholder interviews, usability tests).
• Own the methodology and translate findings into product development.
• Gather and specify requirements for usability and accessibility (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Create UX artifacts such as personas and user journeys.
• Responsible for designing complete applications (wireframes, mockups, prototypes).
• Maintain the design system for u:space and for cross-university software.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility requirements (testing including screen reader testing).
