pixelart GmbH is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to craft UI/UX for high-end websites and platforms, from concept to final design, with a focus on UX strategy, interaction design and motion principles.

Based in Austria (Salzburg or Vienna), you will work full-time (36 hours/week), collaborating with UX research, development and product teams to ensure data-driven decisions and polished motion design. Salary starts at 56,000 EUR gross per year, depending on qualifications.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in UI/UX design for websites, platforms or digital systems.
• Excellent knowledge of Figma including design system architecture and handover.
• Strong usability, information architecture, interaction design and UX motion principles.

Aufgaben

• Conception and design of user interfaces for complex websites and digital platforms – from UX strategy to final design development.
• Development of navigation logic, information architectures and interaction flows that guide users intuitively.
• Setup and maintenance of design systems and component libraries in Figma, including auto layout, variants and responsive patterns.
• Design of microinteractions and UX motion design to combine interaction, feedback and brand character.
• Planning and execution of user testing and prototype validation to support design decisions based on data and user feedback.
• Close collaboration with UX research, development and product teams – for smooth transitions between concept, design and implementation.
