Job summary

The role focuses on validating end-to-end UWB-based solutions, developing test frameworks, and implementing system tests for automotive, mobile, and industrial applications.

You will define HW setups, create test software in C, C#, or Python, and work with lab equipment to debug issues. Strong English communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in validation and testing.
• Strong interest in testing complex systems.
• Embedded firmware development (of test-applications) in C.
• Willingness to work with lab and measurement instruments, evaluation boards and related hardware equipment.
• Experience in C# and/or Python.
• Highly independent working.
• Good English writing and speaking skills.
• Good communication skills to align with peers and architects.
• Curiosity and enjoying thinking outside the box.

Responsibilities

• Definition and implementation of HW Setups and Lab Environments
• Definition and implementation of new features of test frameworks
• Definition and implementation of system test cases, test firmware and test driversExecution and automation of system test cases. Support of hardware and software experts while debugging identified issues.
• Debugging of system issues; root causing malfunctions; impact analysis
• Creating effort estimates for your own deliverables
• Contribution in risk-assessment based selection of test strategies
• Documenting and presenting own results
• Developing proof of concepts together with technical and non-technical experts
