Overview

We are Salzburg’s strategic branding agency. We design brands that grow and stay relevant—creating experiences that audiences connect with and never forget. We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with a sharp eye for design systems, a strong sense for digital storytelling, and the ability to turn complex ideas into seamless user experiences. Join us full-time at our studio in the historic Rauchmühle in Salzburg. Your Mission

1. Creation of UX concepts and prototypes, from early wireframes to fully interactive high-fidelity experiences, using Figma and related tools
2. Participation in regular UX/UI reviews for ongoing developments of our products
3. UX Research on-site as contextual inquiries (CI) and field studies, analytics reviews and usability testing
4. You will develop, present and discuss your and your team’s design developments on a daily and weekly basis
5. You’ll be dedicated to an international client account leading in IT innovation

Your Profile

1. A degree in media design or training as a media designer is desirable, as well as a technical college degree with a focus on design.
2. Skilled at analyzing complex problems and turning them into clear, user-focused design solutions that balance usability with business needs
3. Proven experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Figma or equivalent) as a core part of the design process
4. Good understanding of web design principles and UI standards
5. Experience with systematic design approaches, from full design systems to functional UI libraries
6. Strong eye for digital design, typography, and overall visual quality
7. Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and integrate them thoughtfully into human-centered design
