Job summary

INNIO is seeking a TC Service Specialist based in Jenbach, Tirol to support TC service initiatives, troubleshoot, and review service reports to determine scope and repair options. You will connect INNIO’s operations with TC service suppliers and enable field technicians through training materials.

You will collaborate with the Germany service team and Jenbach production to ensure high availability of TC systems.

Qualifications

• HTL or equivalent technical education with mechanical/industrial focus.
• Minimum 3 years’ service experience in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify sustainability potentials across the TC life cycle.
• Review TC service reports and decide scope.
• Develop, test, and review TC repair solutions.
• Develop and select TC service solutions.
• Provide training documents and support field technicians.
• Supervise TC maintenance and train field technicians.
• Create statistics on TC service requirements and operation profile.
• Review TC technical documents for maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Jenbacher Regions.
