Jobbeschreibung

Our client is a leading European manufacturer of functional and sustainable packaging solutions, supplying approximately 4,500 customers worldwide. The company operates in around 30 production sites globally and is headquartered in Austria.

To strengthen their Group Treasury department, we are currently looking for a committed expert to join as a Treasury Manager (m/f/d) based in Vienna.

Aufgaben
  • Act as a central point of contact within the Group Treasury team for shareholders, internal departments, and external business partners regarding all treasury-related topics
  • Manage daily treasury operations and maintain relationships with core banks
  • Support and lead treasury projects, including rollouts at production sites
  • Prepare tenders, attend bank meetings, and assist in negotiating financing agreements
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management and stakeholders and identify optimization opportunities
  • Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and bank account administration.
  • Take ownership of treasury reporting for management, shareholders, and banks
  • Manage financial risks (interest, currency, FX, liquidity, credit) using appropriate tools
  • Support due diligence processes related to acquisitions
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of treasury systems and digital tools
Qualifikation
  • University degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Corporate Finance, Treasury or Banking
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, and/or the banking sector
  • Solid knowledge of financial markets and financing instruments, ideally with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of financial interrelationships
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint), as well as experience with Treasury Management Systems
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Independent and proactive – able to lead and execute projects from start to finish
  • Communicative, solution-oriented, and a collaborative team player
  • International corporate experience is an advantage
  • Dynamic and energetic personality with a hands-on mentality

Compensation: From € 70.000 gross per year. A market-aligned salary will be offered depending on qualifications and professional experience.
