Transped Group is seeking a Transport Manager to support existing customers as their primary contact and to expand the business across Europe, focusing on road transports in the designated region. You will plan, schedule and optimize land transport, and handle cargo space transactions and project coordination.

The role requires Spanish and English fluency (German/French a plus), a commercial/logistics background or 1–2 years of experience, and a willingness to work in a multicultural Team.

YOUR TASKS:

In the position of a Transport Manager you will support existing customers and act as their primary point of contact in our company. Furthermore, you will establish and expand your business network by acquiring new customers and strengthening the relationships with our partners. After having completed your training, you will be fully responsible for the organization and supervision of European road transports in your designated geographical area. Your tasks include:

• Independent planning and scheduling of land transport (round trip/charter)
• Purchase and sale of cargo space as well as complete handling of organization and transport planning
• Development of customer specific solutions & customer projects

YOUR PROFILE:

Your strenghts

• You are an open, communicative person and with strong communication skills
• You are committed, flexible and take ownership for your tasks and region
• You enjoy working in a young, dynamic and multicultural team
• You have very good Spanish and English language skills (C1+ preferred). German or French language skills are an advantage.
• You have graduated school or completed university education, ideally in the commercial/logistics field, or 1-2 years of professional experience.
• Ideally, you have practical experience in the transport industry or in customer service.

WE OFFER

The remuneration for the offered position is above the collective agreement. The minimum salary for this position, depending on qualifications and professional experience, is € 2,100/2,300 gross per month. Your annual salary is made up of the basic salary plus a performance-related, variable, monthly bonus. You will receive this after completing your trainee program.
