Descrição da oferta de emprego

Our transport managers pull the strings in the background to ensure that everything runs like clockwork on the road and in cooperation with customers. This starts with the preparation of quotations, continues with the organisation, management and control of transport processes and the cost-optimised utilisation of journeys and extends to ensuring that every order is completed on time.

Tasks as a Transport Manager

• You will work hand in hand with our Transport Managers (m/f/d).
• You will not only support them in coordinating our lorry fleet and keeping their backs free, but will also become more independent from day to day - always true to the motto: learning by doing.
• In our training programme, which is tailored precisely to your needs, you will learn everything that is important.
• The right way to deal with customers, negotiation tactics, the organisation and management of transports across Europe - you will gain an insight into all facets and acquire all the skills that could one day make you a Transport Manager (m/f/d) yourself!
• Because we are naturally interested in retaining our young talent: our company is growing continuously, so the chances of promotion to Transport Manager (m/f/d) are good after you have completed your training!
• You are the team player who pulls the strings in the background to ensure that everything runs like clockwork on the road and in co-operation with our customers.
• You calculate the best offers for our customers.
• You are also responsible for organising, managing and monitoring transport processes.
• You ensure that our journeys are optimally utilised, as this not only ensures cost-effectiveness, but also the best possible environmental balance.
• Ensuring that every order is completed on time not only makes our customers happy, but also you.

Fluckinger Transport - that’s us

• We are a family business that has been in existence for over 40 years and is now run by the second generation.
• Our speciality? Customised transport solutions throughout Europe. No matter whether our customers want to transport a prototype, an oversized construction machine or an industrial plant from A to B - we keep tinkering until we have found the most efficient solution.
• We grow together with our tasks and are one of the leading transport companies for heavy loads in Austria!
• In our offices in Volders (A) and Eskilstuna (S), a fresh breeze of innovative spirit and inventiveness is blowing.
• Our fleet of 180 state‑of‑the‑art trucks and lots of special trailers is always at the cutting edge of technology. Our drivers are on the road with the "premier class" of lorries, so to speak.
• So it’s not difficult to inspire our customers time and time again: from the first contact on the phone to the final service.
• Speaking of destination: did we mention that our company headquarters are located in the heart of the Alps, in Tyrol, which boasts the highest quality of life and leisure activities?

These are your advantages

• A young, motivated team, a friendly working atmosphere and plenty of benefits - we don't just pay lip service to all this!
• Because we know that every employee makes an important contribution to the big picture.
• That’s why saying "thank you" for a job well done is just as much a part of the job as fair pay.
• We treat each other with respect and appreciation, treat each other as equals and talk openly with each other.
• Your opinion is important to us! That’s why we are happy to involve you in decisions relating to your area of responsibility.
• The best of both worlds: You will enjoy the benefits of an owner-managed family business with a personal working atmosphere. At the same time, our Europe-wide radius ensures international flair and variety.
• Not only our offices, but also our vehicle fleet and equipment are state-of-the-art.
• You will receive the best possible training with us: We will always be on hand with help and advice, and you will learn everything you need to know, such as how to handle our vehicles, legal requirements and how to deal with our customers.
• In addition, regular training and further education will keep you up to date professionally and help you to realise your full potential.
