Job Description:

• Planning of technical improvement projects within the entire work stream of the paper production process.
• Design projects to standardize production processes.
• Assist with energy-saving projects and other sustainability initiatives.

Your experience

• University degree in paper technology, process engineering, automation engineering, or another technical field.
• Interest in the paper industry within an international environment.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Structured work approach.
• Fast learner.
• First years of working experience are beneficial but not required.
• Experience with well-structured trainee programs in manufacturing.
• International job rotation of approximately 6 months, including Tervakoski, Finland.
• Paid flight to the host country and destination.
• Assistance in searching for accommodation, paid rent for apartments abroad, or possibility to stay in a trainee flat in Wattens, Austria.
• On-the-job hard skills and soft skills training throughout the program.
• Participation in a trainee community within delfort, including a kick-off event at headquarters.
• Ongoing guidance, feedback, and support from a mentor.
• Language training in the local language, where required.
• Tax support, where needed.
• Remuneration according to the collective bargaining agreement.
• Transition into a planned role after the trainee program.
