Trainee Facility Management – Focus on Construction Projects (f/m/x)

Responsibilities:

• Support for the department management and technical divisions in day-to-day operations and strategic projects
• Independent planning, management, and implementation of sub-projects in the areas of technical facility management, new construction, and renovations
• Coordination and communication with internal departments and external service providers
• Preparation of decision-making documents, presentations, and regular reports
• Participation in tenders and preparation of procurement processes

Requirements:

• Completed technical education in construction (HTL, Bachelor’s, Master’s) – ideally in civil engineering, facility management, architecture, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in technical or infrastructural facility management is an advantage
• Strong IT affinity and confident use of digital tools are desirable
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and an independent, precise, and implementation-focused way of working
• Strong intercultural understanding and enthusiasm for cross-team collaboration

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €3.500 (based on full-time employment, excl. allowance).
