About the Role

We’re looking for a Trade Store Manager to lead our Burleigh store. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll run day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional service to our trade customers.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage the store and play a key role in the growth of our business.

What You’ll Do

Manage daily store operations with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction

Maximise sales, through active lead generation and conversion

Oversee inventory management and retail loss prevention

Respond to customer needs with a solutions-focused approach

Drive performance against KPIs and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

Background in trade or plastering (highly regarded)

Experience in hardware or trade retail (preferred)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Proven ability to lead a team and manage operations

Organised, hands-on, and results-driven

Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
