Description

Ryanair Holdings plc is the parent company of Ryanair DAC, Lauda Europe, Buzz, Malta Air, and Ryanair UK.

DM Aircraft Maintenance, based in Vienna, Austria, provides comprehensive maintenance on the Lauda Europe A320 and Ryanair B737 fleets.

We are recruiting a Tooling Coordinator to join our skilled team. The successful candidate will work with our engineering professionals in Vienna and our client airline, Ryanair.

This is a permanent role.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Account for all tool movements in and out of the tool stores physically and on the computer system.
• Manage tooling and equipment at the VIE facility.
• Ensure tools are correctly stored and accurately reflected in in-house systems.
• Oversee the issue and return of tooling throughout the Ryanair network.
• Confirm tools and kits are complete upon return, report misuse, and arrange replacements.
• Monitor shelf-life, calibration, and proofing testing of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate tooling repairs with Tech Services Engineering Department.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Experience in stores or tooling control is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Effective communicator with computer skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Hold a full driving license.
• Flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Legal right to live and work in Austria/EU.
