TIKTOK CONTENT & COMMUNITY MANAGER (M/F/D)

TASKS

• Translate the global TikTok strategy into a rolling editorial plan, aligning content across HEAD sports
• Ensure consistent production and flow of TikTok-ready videos
• Own the end-to-end video pipeline, including brief writing, scripting, filming, editing, and platform-native publishing
• Coordinate inputs, assets and contributors to ensure timely delivery of footage
• Drive daily channel and community management by engaging in comments, stitches, duets, and sports conversations
• Monitor TikTok trends, search behaviour and audience questions, to rapidly convert relevant opportunities into distinctive HEAD content
• Maintain efficient workflows while ensuring compliance with creative and legal guardrails
• Track key metrics to transform data insights into actionable production improvements

PROFILE

• 2+ years experience in TikTok, social content, community management or digital video production, ideally for a brand, publisher, creator or sports organisation
• Strong smartphone-first filming and editing skills
• Deep understanding of TikTok-native storytelling, hooks, pacing, formats, trends, search behaviour and community dynamics
• Proven community intuition and a keen sense for the HEAD brand, paired with the ability to communicate with a distinct brand voice
• Analytical mindset and ability to improve formats, creative execution and publishing decisions based on platform data
• Ability to act with a high degree of autonomy
• Strong communication skills in English; German is an advantage
• Passion for sports, ideally active or former athlete
• Willingness and flexibility to travel (approx. 20-40% of the time)
