We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Third Party Manager in our Vienna office to support the effective governance of outsourcing and third party arrangements.
Third Party Manager (f/m/d)
Full time (38,5 h/week)
Your Responsibilities:
- You support the onboarding and assessment of new outsourcing and ICT third-party arrangements.
- You coordinate DORA and outsourcing documentation and help ensure it is complete, accurate and up to date.
- You maintain the outsourcing and third-party register, monitor data quality and coordinate the remediation of gaps.
- You support annual outsourcing obligations, third-party risk assessments, criticality reviews and control reviews.
- You monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- You track regulatory, contractual, risk and compliance requirements throughout the supplier lifecycle.
- You support procurement and sourcing activities for new services and vendors.
- You coordinate supplier due diligence, including the collection, validation and follow-up of required information and evidence.
- You prepare status updates and maintain evidence for management, regulatory and assurance requests
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- You have a degree in business administration, law, procurement or a comparable field.
- You bring initial experience in third-party management, outsourcing, procurement, vendor management, risk or a related area.
- You have working knowledge of DORA, outsourcing requirements, third-party risk management and supplier lifecycle processes.
- You work in a structured, accurate and detail-oriented way.
- You are confident managing registers, documentation, deadlines and evidence across several stakeholders and workstreams.
- You communicate clearly & collaborate well with internal teams & external suppliers.
- You have strong written and spoken English and German skills.
- You are confident using Microsoft Office; experience with contract, procurement, risk or workflow-management tools is an advantage
Our Offer:
- The starting gross salary per month for this full-time role, assuming full compliance with the profile, is € 3.375,40 for full-time (38.5h). However, this is merely a guideline—we look forward to discussing your actual salary during our conversation!
