Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration, law, procurement or a comparable field.
• Experience in third-party management, outsourcing, procurement, vendor management or risk.
• Working knowledge of DORA, outsourcing requirements and supplier lifecycle processes.
• Structured, accurate and detail-oriented work style.
• Ability to manage registers, documentation, deadlines and evidence across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken English and German.
• Experience with contract, procurement or workflow-management tools is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Assist onboarding and assessment of outsourcing and ICT third-party arrangements.
• Coordinate DORA and outsourcing documentation; ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain outsourcing and third-party register, monitor data quality, remediate gaps.
• Support annual outsourcing obligations, risk assessments, and control reviews.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Track regulatory, contractual, risk and compliance requirements throughout supplier lifecycle.
• Support procurement and sourcing for new services and vendors.
• Coordinate supplier due diligence and collect evidence.
• Prepare status updates and maintain evidence for management and regulatory requests.
