personico GmbH is seeking an experienced project manager with a strong technical background to coordinate testing and validation activities in the automotive/battery sector. The role requires leadership in cross-functional teams and close interaction with customers and partners.

The ideal candidate holds a technical degree and several years of project management experience, with strong communication skills in English (and German).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics or similar technical discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in project or sub-project management, preferably with a focus on testing, verification or validation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Interdisciplinary knowledge of high-voltage systems, mechanics, electronics, software and cell technology.
• Experience with battery systems, powertrain or automotive applications is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the automotive V-model and verification & validation methodologies is an advantage.
• Very good English and good German skills.

Aufgaben

• Create test plans and test cases based on customer specifications and internal requirements.
• Organize, coordinate and oversee testing, verification and validation activities.
• Act as a link between the project organization, customers and external partners.
• Coordinate and manage assigned work packages with Test Analysts and Test Engineers.
• Track project progress and costs and provide updates on testing and validation activities.
• Ensure close coordination between test activities and responsible technical and project teams.

They are confident in coordinating complex testing and validation activities, communicate effectively with customers and project teams and take ownership of their responsibilities. Experience in the automotive or battery industry is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• create test plans and test cases based on customer specifications and internal requirements
• organize, coordinate and oversee testing, verification and validation activities
• act as an important link between the project organization, customers and external partners
• coordinate and manage assigned work packages in collaboration with Test Analysts and Test Engineers
• track project progress and costs and provide regular updates on testing and validation activities to the project team and Steering Committee
• ensure close coordination between test activities and the responsible technical and project teams

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics or a similar technical discipline
• several years of professional experience in project or sub-project management, preferably with a focus on testing, verification or validation
