We're on the hunt for a motivated, self-driven, and customer-focused Territory Sales Manager to join our team based out of Brisbane. If you're passionate about ag machinery, thrive on building relationships, and have a hunger to close deals, this role is your next big opportunity.

Candidates should have proven sales or customer service experience in agriculture, machinery, industrial, or auto sectors; a strong understanding of Queensland’s farming industry; and the ability to solve problems and communicate effectively. A self-starter who enjoys working independently but thrives in a team environment and prioritizes customer satisfaction is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strong client relationships across your territory.
  • Proactively sell in-house and visit farms/businesses to drive sales and uncover new opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and provide after-sales support.
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads and pipeline, with full support from the admin team.
  • Represent the business at field days, trade shows, and industry events.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Sell trusted brands including Bobcat tractors, telehandlers, UTVs, Zero Turn Mowers & McCormick Tractors.
  • Tap into a pre-established CRM client database.
  • Maintain a comprehensive pipeline and deliver regular sales activity.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated sales admin team and receive regular training and development.
  • Be part of a supportive national sales team that celebrates wins and learns together.
  • Attend field days, trade shows, and industry events as a representative of the company.
