The opportunity

MENTIS AUSTRALIA is seeking an experienced and driven Territory Manager to join our sales team in Brisbane, QLD. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer accounts, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities within your designated territory.

State-wide travel is required to effectively manage the designated territory.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and strengthen relationships with key customers
  • Identify new business opportunities within your territory and lead the sales process to secure new clients
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Provide regular reports on account performance, pipeline development, and market insights
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy and participate in team meetings and initiatives
What we're looking for
  • Proven track record in account management and/or business development, preferably within the sales industry
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience is required for this Territory Manager position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience is preferred but candidates can be trained on the system
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position
  • Confidence, resilience, and maturity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
