About the Role

Aptella is seeking a Territory Account Manager. You’ll be a key driver of growth—identifying new opportunities, building trusted partnerships, and leading the charge in delivering our industry-leading survey solutions.

You’ll shape sales strategies, lead solution demonstrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-impact outcomes for clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is fuelled by targets, and excels at cultivating meaningful relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

· Deep understanding of survey hardware, software, and workflows

· Comfortable demonstrating and presenting solutions at a senior level

· Market-aware with insights into customer and competitor behaviours

· Identify, pursue, and secure new business across your territory

· Lead solution presentations and negotiate commercial terms

· Build and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets

· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise opportunities

· Provide technical expertise to support team and client interactions

· Partner with delivery and services teams for seamless customer outcomes

· Develop business plans and report on pipeline and performance

· Monitor market activity, competitor movements, and client needs

· Deliver timely sales forecasts, plans, and performance reviews
