Lo-Fi Games seeks a mid to senior terrain artist to craft Kenshi 2's diverse world in Unreal Engine 5. You will sculpt, texture and optimize large-scale terrain, foliage and rocks, collaborating with concept and design leads to stay true to art direction.
Based in UK or globally, you can work in-person, hybrid or fully remote. You’ll join a small, worldwide team that values flexible hours, no crunch, and strong focus on quality, timelines and storytelling.
Lo-Fi Games is an internationally renowned, fully independent games studio with roots and headquarters aptly set in the unconventional city of Bristol, UK.
We're known for Kenshi, the hit Sandbox RPG on Steam, and we're now deep into the long-cycle development of its sequel in Unreal Engine 5.
We're seeking a mid to senior-level terrain artist to help us create the diverse world of Kenshi, where each biome has its own unique look and purpose, contributing to both storytelling and game design. The world is alien, yet realistic and believable, with each area presenting different outcomes and challenges for players.
We're a small studio, but our team is spread all around the world. We're open to applications from anywhere, and this role can be based in person, hybrid or fully remote, depending on what works best for you.
