Zusammenfassung

Napapijri is looking for an exceptional Associate Planner to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland for a fixed term contract of 9 months. The successful candidate will provide operational support to Demand & Supply Planning and contribute to the broader Planning team.

We seek a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a University Degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics, fluent English, and strong Excel skills to drive planning accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
• Fluent English, verbal and written.
• Excellence in Excel and strong Windows knowledge.
• Analytical mindset with passion for numbers.
• Ability to handle large data volumes from multiple sources.

Aufgaben

• Support demand planning data maintenance and reporting.
• Assist with forecast consolidation, data validation and reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Merchandising and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare planning reports and presentations.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and assist root-cause analysis.
• Support seasonal consensus meetings with Supply.
• Assist supply planning to meet availability and inventory targets.
