Zusammenfassung

INNIO Group invites you to join our team in Tirol for a 6-month internship (with potential extension to 12 months). You will support the strategic procurement team with data preparation, analysis and presentation, collaborating with INNIO engineering and manufacturing on key projects.

The position requires a bachelor or master's student in economics or a technical field, excellent Excel skills, and fluent German or English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or master’s degree or ongoing studies in economics or technical field.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills; advanced Excel.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Fluent in German or English; additional languages are a plus.
• Legal work authorization for Austria required.

Aufgaben

• Assist in contractual negotiations with data preparation, facilitation, and presentation material.
• Support supplier Improvement Plans when performance is poor.
• Research potential suppliers; assess capabilities, pricing and reputation.
• Support forecasting of market trends and Cost Savings/Resilience projects.
• Prepare and present performance trends and forecasts for the procurement team.
• Help run internal workshops with INNIO engineering and manufacturing.
• Facilitate workshops with suppliers at INNIO sites and supplier facilities.
