The role includes implementing automated cyber risk processes, operationalizing the security control framework, and running the company-wide business continuity program. It requires collaboration with Technology, Business and control functions, with a planned move from Zurich to Baar by 2030.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in computer science, IT, cyber-security, risk management, or related field and at least 3 years of experience.
• Understanding of IT architecture, IT frameworks, IT processes, IT control standards, trends and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in German and English desirable.

Aufgaben

• Implement and operate automated technology and cyber risk processes derived from governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
• Operationalize the technology and cyber security control framework.
• Operate the company-wide business continuity program.
• Coordinate and manage operational incidents including regulatory reviews, audits and remediation activities.
• Optimize internal and external service delivery with a focus on efficiency, quality, resilience and reliability.
• Review IT infrastructure, data flows/processes, and operating procedures for efficiency, accuracy, security and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate across Technology, Business and control functions to manage technology risks and regulatory obligations.
