Qualifikationen

• 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Öl-, Gas- oder Kraftwerksindustrie.
• Umfassendes Know-how über Branchenstandards und -praktiken.
• Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Erstellen und Versenden von technischen und kommerziellen Angeboten.
• Berechnung der Projektverkaufskosten und Maximierung der Vertriebsbruttomargen.
• Unterstützung des Außendienstes bei Angebotsklarstellungen.

For the business location in the south of Vienna, we are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer with excellent communication skills! In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Generating, revising, and sending the final version of a technical & commercial quotation
2. Cooperating with Outside Sales, Operations, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Procurement, Planning, Finance, and external partners
3. Calculating project sales costs & maximizing sales gross margins
4. Supporting Outside Sales during bid clarification meetings to close deals
5. Comparing customer purchase orders with the latest offers, clarifying deviations
6. Compiling the completed Customer Order Review Board Package for the Project Leader

Your Profile:

• Technical education (HTL / TU / (FH) BSc/MSc degree) or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, etc.
• 3 or more years of working experience, preferably in the oil, gas, or power plant industries
• Comprehensive know-how regarding industry standards and practices (ANSI, ASTM, Incoterms)
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team within a global organization
• Excellent command of English; German is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• A high degree of accuracy
• Strong analytical skills
