Zusammenfassung

The University of Innsbruck invites applications for a position in job group IIIa. The role covers developing, implementing and documenting electronic (test) paradigms and evaluation programmes, plus independent staff training on latest hardware and software used in data collection.

We seek extensive experience in psychological and psychophysiological research, strong Matlab programming skills, and proficiency with eye-tracking and MRI measurements.

Your profile:

• Relevant, in-depth professional experience in psychological and psychophysiological research and applied fields
• Good programming skills (particularly Matlab)
• Experience in conducting psychophysiological measurements and analyses (eye-tracking, MRI, etc.)
• Excellent skills in the design, implementation, data preparation, analysis and interpretation of neuroscientific data
• Ability to seek out information independently, with a willingness to engage in continuous professional development – including self-directed learning
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently Communication skills (particularly in English)

• Ability to work as part of a team in teaching and research

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 1.380 per month (14 times) * is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
