Take an active role in creating user documents for cochlear implant products and contribute to content design and localization in accordance with guidelines and standards.
Edit, structure, manage, and review content for user documentation and user interfaces.
Support several projects and collaborate with development engineers, UX designers, product managers, and regulatory experts.
Understand product requirements and regulatory guidelines and respond to stakeholder feedback.
Contribute to the definition of corporate guides and specifications for technical writing and localization.
Bachelor's degree or higher (University, FH) in science, engineering, or communication with several years of professional experience in writing.
Experience in technical writing, UX writing, product documentation, or similar.
Experience with authoring tools or content management systems (such as SCHEMA ST4 or Oxygen XML Author); knowledge of cochlear implants is an advantage.
Ability to understand and explain complex technical systems and to work in a regulated environment.
Strong communication skills; very good English skills both written and spoken.
