This Position Reports To

Senior Initiative Owner

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role one of your responsibilities will be technical documentation, where you create and main-tain user manuals, API docs, release notes, and technical guides. Also, you will do content strategy, this means to develop a consistent documentation strategy aligned with product releases.

Further Tasks

• Product Demos & Training: Help create and deliver demos and training materials for users.
• Direct Product Experience: Test the product to ensure accurate, practical documentation.
• Content Maintenance: Update documentation with product changes and feedback, ensuring accessibility.
• Collaboration: Work with developers, product managers, support, and marketing to ensure accurate documentation and align content with promotional materials.
  
  

What It Takes To Run What Runs The World

Experience in drafting, creating, and proofreading technical documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and API documentation in both English and German.

Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation.

Commitment to experiment with and learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Practical approach to product testing to create rich, experience-based documentation and demos.

Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.

Effective organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Very good skills in German and English.

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 3.775,27 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
