Job Description

As a Sustainability Manager you will make a positive impact by:

• Push refurbishable design in Engineering stage (focus on electronic engineering, mechanical engineering)
• Push initiative for designing for Refurbishment
• Technical product analysis
• Supporting material research and selection including feasibility check and prototyping within the Engineering department
• Single-Point-of-Contact for Refurbishment Q&A towards supply chain team
• Support on selection of new technologies to enable innovation
• Support of creation of recycling guides (e.g. batteries)
• Support Product Management in Sustainability challenges
• Support on LCA calculation

Qualifications

Qualifications we’re looking for.

Experience:

• 3+ years in sustainability management (or similar role)
• Environmental Impact assessment
• Basics in project and product management
• Work experience in interdisciplinary global teams

Skills:

• Regulatory Compliance and Certifications (FDA, CE)
• Know-How managing supplier relationships
• Basics in business administrations and economics
• Basics in mechanical and electrical engineering
• German and English both spoken and written

Education:

• Technical degree (e.g. Material Science or Chemistry)

A minimum basic salary of EUR 3.843 gross per month for full-time employment applies to the advertised position with a willingness to pay depending on the actual qualifications.
