We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (m/f/d) Platform based in Trier, Bonn, Vienna, or fully remote in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Product management for product infrastructure and deployment in Platform & Technology area.
- Define and implement product roadmap and strategy.
- Communicate with customers, service, and development partners.
- Analyze, prioritize, and implement market and internal requirements and trends.
- Collaborate closely with end-users, service, and development teams to conceive and validate development requirements.
- Guide development teams and ensure proper documentation and training.
- Drive continuous evolution of the product based on innovation and market needs.
- Manage communication about the product with customers, services, and management.
- Contribute to an open and inspiring team environment, motivating and supporting peers.
Qualifications:
- University degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software industry, particularly in Product Management and R&D.
- Self-motivated with a focus on optimizing results for customers.
- Knowledge of high availability solutions.
- Strong knowledge in WildFly and Quarkus (Java, Jakarta EE).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage conflicting inputs in agile projects (scrum).
- Strong business acumen and team player attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-management and proactive attitude.
