Your role at Dynatrace

As a Documentation Strategist, you’ll ensure that Dynatrace users find the right information at the right time in the right way.

Your main focus will be Dynatrace Documentation, but you’lldraw on your experience in enterprise-grade content strategy and toolingto think beyond silos and channels. Your work will reflect a holistic view of the user journey across self-service knowledge. You understand what different users need and how we can evolve our resources to support them best.

You’ll work together with other passionate, approachable team members to achieve the best possible results for us and our users.

Your passion to develop modern, comprehensive, and journey-oriented knowledge for a range of technical end users will help to drive forward strategy and create impactful change. Together, we’ll empower users to solve problems independently – grounded in efficient internal processes and structures.

You will:

• Drive the roadmap for self-service knowledge, specifically documentation.
• Oversee continuous improvement of technical documentation, ensuring it’s clear, concise, comprehensive, and accessible—creating a next-level experience that caters to our user’s diverse needs.
• Develop and oversee information and content strategies for contributors, ensuring processes allow for increased efficiency and quality.
• Promote user-centric, cross-channel thinking.
• Support information strategy initiatives and balance the big picture and actionable, well-defined increments.

• 2+ years of product management experiencein a B2B software product environmentand 3+ years of experience aligned with technical writing.
• Experience indefining and executing strategyand governance for software documentation.
• You are acreative self-starter who can envision a future for enterprise software documentationabove and beyond what we can do today.
• Passionfor devising enterprise-grade strategies and roadmaps for technical documentation.
• You start with the“why” behind your strategy to motivate and inspire.
• Youunderstand docs-as-codeand are itching to use new technologies (LLM, gen AI) to take our experience ecosystem to the next level and let content contributors focus on what they do best.
• By leveraging your hands-on technical expertise, youdraw insightful conclusions validated by customer analytics,ensuring consistent results amidst diverse contributors and stakeholders.
• Youexcel in engaging withboth internal and externalstakeholders, articulating your vision and plans.
• You arefamiliar with Markdown.
• Youunderstand technical topicssuch as software intelligence, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, application security, and SaaS.

• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer ahigher salaryin line with qualifications and experience.
