As a Development Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution and implementation of complex airport solution developments within agreed timeframes and budgets. Your responsibilities include managing project portfolios based on cutting-edge technologies, following modern IT business processes, and working within an integrated tool landscape.

You will be responsible for multiple development projects from initiation, with opportunities to advance to program-level management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate actively in development activities (programming, testing, documentation)
2. Provide regular project updates
3. Create work packages from in-house development projects and coordinate with domain center managers and external providers
4. Manage resources and project timelines
5. Implement project management processes and internal orders
6. Oversee development projects and client-specific developments

Qualifications:

• Completed technical or economic education (FH or TU in computer science)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in complex software projects, ideally influencing development processes
• Ability and interest to quickly learn new domains
• Preferably previous experience in aviation
• Experience leading project teams
• Fluent in German and English
• Integrity, responsibility, and empathy
• Willingness to travel 20-30%
