Technical Assistant to Member of the Executive Board (f/m/d)

This role involves acting as the primary contact for internal and external clients and employees for the Member of the Executive Board, managing tasks such as research, content preparation, project management, and strategic evaluation.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external clients and employees for the Member of the Executive Board.
  • Conduct independent research on various topics within the Member of the Executive Board's responsibility area.
  • Prepare professional content and follow-up documents and presentations for meetings, including to-do lists and follow-up meetings (e.g., Supervisory Board).
  • Proactively handle and supervise assigned projects within the Project Management Office related to the Member of the Executive Board.
  • Identify and evaluate strategic options and provide recommendations to top management.
  • Network with key stakeholders and provide them with professional support.
  • Prepare evaluations, reports, and respond to information requests.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance; more than 3 years of experience in a similar position preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Effective management of deadlines and prioritization, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High motivation and flexibility regarding working hours.
  • Discretion in managing confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
