Arvato is seeking a Team Lead Data Centre (m/f/d) to coordinate a team of Data Centre Associates and guide them on technical, operational, and organizational topics. You will help ensure high performance, safety and service levels across critical IT infrastructure.

The role requires leadership experience, strong technical understanding, and fluency in German and English, with willingness to work in shifts and collaborate with customers and suppliers.

• Experience in logistics, technical operations management, warehouse operations or a data centre environment.
• Ideally, first experience in functional leadership or team coordination.
• Very good technical understanding.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and support the team in day-to-day data centre operations
• Manage the provision, movement and availability of materials, hardware and infrastructure components required for technical activities
• Support installation, cabling, rack integration and hardware deployment activities within critical IT infrastructure environments
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, operational and service-level standards
• Act as the first point of contact for operational topics, incident escalations and continuous process improvements
• Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers and internal technical stakeholders
• Support technical documentation, reporting, inventory management and asset tracking activities

Job Description

As Team Lead Data Centre (m/f/d), you will coordinate a team of Data Centre Associates and provide guidance and support on technical, operational, and organizational topics. Additional Information

The minimum salary for this position is €3,200.00 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
