Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Execute market, trend, and competitor analyses to drive product and market innovations.
• Manage the product database, information, and create the product portfolio matrix.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from idea generation to phase-out in collaboration with R&D and the design office.
• Provide product support and conduct training for internal departments.
• Manage product updates, variations, modifications, and redesigns.
• Participate in product optimizations and coordinate cost-saving projects.
• Calculate project costs and support the commercial aspects of project releases.
• Lead a team of product managers.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of working time.

Qualifications:

• Completed technical or economic studies (BA, BSc) with at least 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in leading professional projects.
• Profound knowledge of product lifecycle, analysis, and profitability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Good communication, assertiveness, enthusiasm, and sales skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
