Your Profile

  • Extensive knowledge of the Real Estate Industry
  • Completed degree in business administration, real estate, finance, or a similar field
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate, preferably in similar positions or in sales
  • Excellent German and English skills; Russian is an advantage
  • Strong MS Office skills; CRM system experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic and solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
  • Knowledge of Real Estate law (property law, tenancy law, construction law, etc.) is an advantage

Your Tasks

  • Supervise and manage the performance of a team of 5–10 agents
  • Drive the team to meet sales targets by providing the necessary tools, resources, and support
  • Oversee real estate transactions, project execution, and various property-related activities
  • Manage daily operations with a strong focus on portfolio oversight and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
  • Facilitate seamless communication and alignment between marketing and sales departments
