Aufgaben

• Oversee and coordinate the Electro-Mechanical and Equipment Team, ensuring the effective delivery of maintenance, repair and installation services.
• Develop, implement and monitor the annual work plan and preventive maintenance programme for electro-mechanical equipment and systems.
• Plan and administer work schedules, allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching and on-the-job training to team members, monitor the quality of work performed and support staff development.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, organizational policies and procedures, promoting occupational health and safety within the team.
• Organize, coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to electro-mechanical equipment, including automatic doors, gate barriers, rolling shutters and related installations.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair services carried out by contractors, ensuring contractual compliance and timely completion of works.
• Review contractor reports and ensure quality and completeness of services provided.
