Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung als Solution Architect in einem technischen/IT-Bereich.

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Solution Architect for this exciting leadership role. Digital innovation meets real-world impact: as the digital unit of one of the biggest furniture retailers, my client develops software solutions, optimising customer experience, digital marketing, focusing on customer needs and providing a seamless omni-channel experience. With locations in thirteen European countries and over 25,000 employees world-wide, we are looking for someone preferably in the Vienna, Austria office (other locations such as Linz, Graz, Wels, Munich, Berlin Barcelona are also possible).

Your mission

• As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the technical management, guidance and coordination of our Solution Architects team.
• Ensuring that the Solution Architects' work follows the EA guidelines.
• Supporting architecture at a cross-department level and providing direct support for a product group when working with the solution architecture.
• Supporting the product leads and align the goals of the product groups with architecture patterns while conveying architectural best practices to the various product groups and communicating the value of architecture patterns.
• Develop solution architectures by abstracting business, information, and technology elements to address specific problems, ensuring these solutions align with business strategies and the overall enterprise architecture, and proposing a combination of building blocks for potential solutions. You will ensure that the design patterns within the product family are correctly applied and documented by your team.

Your experience

• Significant professional experience (min. around 7 years) in a technical/IT field, as a Solution Architect.
• Knowledge and experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices and monolithic architectures as well as a combination of these architectures in a live and changing IT landscape.
• TOGAF10, BPMN2 certificates.
• Advanced knowledge of IT with a focus on strategic thinking and the ability to present and discuss architectural issues with various stakeholders including management-level.
• Experience leading a scaled agile team preferred.
• Business-level English language and conversational German language skills.
