As Team Lead Site Management (m/f/d) you are responsible for overseeing the allocation and utilization of Site Project Managers, Construction Managers and Chief TFAs within the Site Management function. You are coordinating staff assignments, identifying resource needs and ensuring resources are used efficiently to support our project construction sites globally!

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Planning, sourcing, training, allocation and on-boarding of qualified Site Project Managers, Construction Managers and Chief Technical Field Advisors according to the business and project requirements
• You provide regular status updates to the Erection and Commissioning Organization senior management
• You are acting as manager for part of the allocated personnel and you will support the allocated personnel to make an excellent site job
  
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience on similar position on complex, industrial projects, preferred in Power Plant or Transmission projects
• Experience in working at industrial construction sites and in an international and multicultural environment
• Knowledge about project management methodology and related tools
• Open- minded, decision making and independence in actions
• Availability for travelling worldwide to support and train allocated personal
• English and German skills on C1 level.

Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 54.968,06 € gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
