Job Description:

• Being responsible for a team of 6-10 project managers to analyze business processes, create system designs and implementation projects for ERP, CRM, and other business applications
• Being in close alignment with the operations team on resources and delivery requirements
• Providing input to strategic decisions that affect the business application landscape, together with the experts in the team
• Being responsible for controlling the budget and ensuring the supply of third-party solution providers
• Making sure the work processes are conductive to interdepartmental collaboration and successful delivery of projects

Your Profile

• University degree (master) in information technology, business informatics or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience of leading a team, with a focus on enablement
• 8+ years’ experience with delivery for business applications, knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics suite a plus
• Strong knowledge in project management, experience with Prince2 is advantageous
• Driven by business outcomes and experienced in change management to achieve them
