You will remotely support customers, handle requests per SLA, and contribute to improving response and resolution times, with emphasis on IT, networks, and system integration. Strong German and English skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Federal CS certificate or equivalent training is required.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact.
• Fluency in German and good English; IT experience expected.
• Experience in IT or networking helps with system integration.

• Remotely support customers from the support team and ensure systems function reliably.
