Zusammenfassung

GLEIF in Switzerland seeks a System Administrator / IT-Security Engineer to maintain the server environment and network infrastructure in line with internal policies. You will work with User Administrators and IT staff to ensure high availability and secure operations.

Responsibilities include patching, design and operation of SIEM/SOAR, monitoring for vulnerabilities, database management with MariaDB/Galera, and collaboration with project teams. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional systems administration experience (LAMP stack)
• Excellent Linux CLI skills, bash and Ansible scripting
• Experience with highly available, distributed and virtualized systems
• Good understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, and load balancing
• Experience managing MariaDB databases and Galera clusters
• Familiarity with CI/CD and GitLab CI
• Ability to use monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Knowledge of security principles and best practices
• Strong analytical thinking and processes
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• University degree in CS or similar preferred
