Zusammenfassung

GEODATA Surveying & Monitoring Group in Austria is seeking a skilled surveyor to conduct cadastral surveys, record properties and infrastructure, and support infrastructure, construction, topographic, and utility work both in the field and office.

You will process and evaluate survey data, prepare plans, digital models, and surveying documentation while using modern instruments. A valid Category B driving licence and mobility are essential for office and site tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Completed education in surveying as a foundation for the role.
• Experience with surveying software and modern instruments.
• Knowledge of industry software such as infraPLAN/infraRASTER is desirable.

• Conduct cadastral surveys and document properties, buildings, and infrastructure.
• Provide surveying services for infrastructure projects including railway and road construction.
• Support construction projects with geodetic monitoring and data evaluation.

Your Responsibilities

Conducting cadastral surveys as well as recording and documenting existing properties, buildings, and infrastructure.

Infrastructure Surveying

Surveying services for transportation and infrastructure projects, particularly for railway, highway, and road construction projects.

Construction Surveying & Geodetic Monitoring

Supporting construction projects and carrying out geodetic monitoring measurements to control structures and terrain.

Topographic & Utility Network Surveying

Performing topographic surveys and surveying utility and pipeline networks in both office-based and field operations.

Processing and evaluating survey data as well as preparing plans, digital models, and surveying documentation.

Your Profile

Solid Technical Education

Completed education in the field of surveying as a foundation for this position. (SIG 1 & 2 certification is an advantage.)

Experience with Industry Software

Knowledge of ÖBB infraPLAN & infraRASTER as well as ASFINAG PLADOK is desirable.

Digital Competence

Confident use of Windows and Microsoft Office applications as well as relevant surveying software.

Hands-on Experience in Surveying

Experience in the use of modern surveying instruments such as total stations and GNSS systems.

Technical Understanding & Independent Working Style

Strong technical and mathematical understanding combined with a structured and self-reliant approach to work.

Personal Strengths & Mobility

High level of resilience, communication skills, commitment, and a valid Category B driving licence.

Compensation

The collective agreement minimum gross salary is €2,579 per month (excluding allowances) for salary group BG 3/1. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a higher salary is possible.
