ANDRITZ in Graz offers a 3-month Internship in our Supply Chain Team, with potential for ongoing minor employment. You will support digital transformation, data analytics, and process excellence using Celonis, AI, and automation technologies.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Operational Excellence to drive measurable business improvements and gain hands‑on experience on real projects.

Qualifikationen

• Current studies in business, industrial engineering, SCM, data analytics, information systems, CS, or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and interest in data-driven process optimization.
• Affinity for digital technologies, AI and automation.

Aufgaben

• Support data analytics initiatives within Operational Excellence in SCM Austria.
• Analyze procurement and supply chain processes using Celonis and process mining.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities across purchasing and operations.
• Conduct value stream analyses and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reports and KPIs to increase process transparency.
• Apply AI-based tools to optimize workflows and decision-making.
• Participate in automation projects for procurement and SCM processes.
• Support implementation of digital solutions and standardization initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Operational Excellence.
• Prepare management presentations, analyses and improvement recommendations.
