Zusammenfassung

ANDRITZ is seeking a Supply Chain Controller to join our global team. You will combine controlling, analytics, reporting, and digitalization to drive continuous improvement and high-quality insights across the supply chain network.

The role involves developing KPIs, dashboards, and periodic management reporting for international stakeholders, with a focus on data quality and proactive problem solving. Strong communication skills in English are essential.

Qualifikationen

  • Completed commercial or technical education (University, FH, HAK, or comparable qualification).
  • Several years of professional experience in Controlling, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong affinity for data and numbers.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with SAP, SAP BW, Celonis, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Power Query, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
  • Team player, strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Excellent communication (good English skills; written and verbal) and collaboration skills

Aufgaben

  • Analyze global supply chain and procurement performance and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate and deliver periodic management reporting, including quarterly reports and corporate reporting (CSR, Supervisory Board, Q&A Annual General Meeting).
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc analyses to support management decision-making.
  • Design, develop and optimize procurement KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
  • Ensure high data quality and consistency across reporting systems.
  • Act as the main contact person for financial risk monitoring activities (e.g., D&B monitoring).
  • Drive automation and digitalization initiatives within group supply chain.
  • Support locations in the interpretation and application of reports, KPIs, and analytical tools.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders to drive consistent reporting standards, KPI transparency, and continuous improvement across the global supply chain network.
