Apply Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) principles, tools, and techniques to create a zero-loss culture that enhances our capabilities in loss identification, loss eradication, and prevention.
Nurture a Lean and Continuous Improvement culture that challenges the status quo and changes our employees’ behaviors.
Provide training on IL6S tools and techniques to drive teams through Continuous Improvement cycles. Coach employees to help them successfully achieve their targets.
Lead IL6S implementation in several plants using available material and past experience in TPM and HPO implementation.
Partner with plant teams and site IL6S leaders to provide coaching via quarterly site visits, helping teams understand their current status, identify gaps, and align on actions and next steps. Provide regular follow-up to monitor progress and support the work.
Maintain the necessary tension to drive improvement, detect strengths and opportunities, and provide engaging guidance to keep the site on track to meet phase deadlines and improve business results.
Coach across all organizational levels to help teams identify losses and develop executable plans to eliminate them.
Use quarterly plant visits to advance the IL6S program and collaborate with regional pillar teams and other IL6S managers to jointly own the program and build capability. Detect potential CBA’s for future reapplication.
Train and coach teams on all IL6S tools, their usage, expected outcomes, and ensure teams utilize IL6S to deliver results.
Encourage leaders to manage performance using balanced scorecards. Coordinate KPI performance reviews, conduct root-cause analysis for targets out of range, and implement corrective actions.
Externally benchmark to ensure deployment of best practices and new tools in collaboration with internal partners.
