Jobbeschreibung

The company

Our client is a leading global semiconductor manufacturer with a strong international presence and a long track record of innovation. Its technologies are used in a wide range of high-growth markets, including automotive, industrial and consumer electronics.

The business runs its own manufacturing across an international network of sites, giving it end-to-end control of its supply chain. It is entering an important new phase of growth and is investing in its operations and people to support it.

The opportunity

The Supply Chain Planning leadership is restructuring the planning organisation to support the company's next phase of growth. This role is central to that change.

The successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of strategic, operational, material and inventory planning across a complex, multi-site manufacturing network. They will also lead the redesign of the planning organisation itself: its structure, capabilities and ways of working. This is a senior role with real influence over how planning supports business performance.
