We're expanding our operations and looking to bring an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager onboard to lead our distribution team and drive sales initiatives.

Position Overview As our Supply and Distribution Manager, you will oversee the sales strategy and distribution network for our butcher shop while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Your role will involve managing logistics, coordinating deliveries, building client relationships, and increasing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee purchasing, storage, and distribution strategies, policies, and operational plans

• Manage distribution operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

• Evaluate and optimize inventory and storage systems to align with supply chain requirements and stock control goals.

• Manage inventory tracking systems to monitor the flow of supplies and finished goods, ensuring timely reordering and restocking.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external customers to manage dispatch requirements and logistics arrangements.

• Maintain and build relationships with retail and wholesale clients.

• Supervise the documentation of all procurement, storage, and distribution transactions for accuracy and compliance.

• Monitor market trends and identify areas for growth and improvement.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all distribution processes.

• Lead and manage staff operations, providing oversight and performance monitoring to ensure team effectiveness.

• Bachelor or higher-level qualification in Business or related field

• Proven experience in sales, distribution, or logistics management.
