Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist ready to step up? Or a Practice Manager seeking a fresh opportunity in a warm, supportive environment?


Gasworks Medical Practice is looking for a full-time Supervisor / Senior Medical Receptionist to lead our front-desk team for an initial 6-month period — with the opportunity to step up and cover our Practice Manager during an 8 to 12 month maternity leave.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in the fast pace of front-desk healthcare while stepping into a hands-on leadership role within a well-established, inclusive medical practice. You’ll play a key part in supporting the team and ensuring smooth, high-quality care for our patients.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a medical receptionist or similar role

CPR certificate

Experience triaging patients

Familiarity working with diverse communities such as adolescents, aged care, LGBTQ+, migrants/refugees, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander patients

Basic proficiency with MS Word and Excel
